1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or interacting with the Lavalamp bot on Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Economy and Exploits

• You must not use exploits, bugs, or unauthorized methods to circumvent the economy features or gain an unfair advantage.
• Users hold an informal obligation to report any discovered exploits to the developer team through the appropriate communication channels.
• If the use of exploits is detected, the Lavalamp team reserves the right to partially or completely wipe your in-game progress and account data.

3. Virtual Gambling and Real Money Trading (RMT)

• All gambling and betting features within Lavalamp are entirely virtual and fictitious.
• In-game currency holds no real-world monetary value. Trading in-game currency for real money is strictly prohibited.
• Any individual offering RMT services is a scammer. Users must report these individuals directly to the Discord Trust and Safety team.

4. Availability and Liability

Lavalamp is provided "as is". The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or disruptions to economy balances.

5. Service Termination

The owner reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Lavalamp for any user or server at any time, especially in cases of ToS violations.
