The data controller is the bot Owner: SweetieRick (reachable via Discord).

2. Collected Data

Lavalamp processes and stores exclusively the following data:

• Discord User ID.
• Message counts.
• Simple counters and data related to the internal economic system tied to your user account.
• Partial message content (processed strictly in real-time via regular expressions).

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is collected solely to provide the bot's core functionalities, maintain counting systems, and manage the virtual economy linked to your account.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• All persistent data is linked exclusively to your Discord User ID. No additional personally identifiable information is requested or stored.
• The message content analyzed for regex operations is deleted immediately after processing. There is no cache or logging of your messages.
• All data associated with a user (including all counters and economy data) is automatically and permanently deleted after 6 months of user inactivity.

5. Data Sharing

Your data is completely private. It is never sold, transferred, or shared with third parties under any circumstances.

6. User Rights

You have the right to request access, modification, or immediate deletion of all data associated with your Discord ID at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact the Owner directly via the Discord platform.
